Which terminal should I book my
lounge in?
The lounge needs to be in your flight’s departure terminal.
If you are booking a lounge for a stopover, you need to use the
departure terminal of your onward flight.
Can I book a lounge in a terminal that is different from the terminal
I am departing from?
In general, since our lounges are located ‘airside’ after security
checks, you will only be able to access the lounge from the same terminal
you are departing from. There are some exceptions and this will
be explained in the ‘Directions’ information on each lounge.
Can I book a lounge in the arrivals terminal?
You can only book a lounge in the departure terminal rather than
arrival terminal.
I’m booking a lounge for a stopover between flights
- which time of flight should I use?
The flight time should always be the time your flight departs from
the airport - so you need to use the time your onward flight departs
from the airport.
How long can I stay in a lounge?
In most lounges the maximum length of stay is 3 hours. We do offer
some extended lounges with 4 or 5 hours of access. The access time for
each lounge is displayed during the booking process.
What if I want to stay longer in the lounge?
For extended stays, use of the lounge is at the discretion of the
lounge staff and any charge for an extension should be paid directly
to the lounge staff at the time. Therefore you should make your booking
for the standard access time and then when in the lounge simply speak
to the lounge staff about extending your stay. Depending on how busy
the lounge is at the time this should not be a problem.
Can I make a lounge booking for today?
Unfortunately not. All lounge bookings need to be made 24
hours in advance of your arrival time at the lounge. This is a
policy set by the lounges themselves so they can manage availability.
I have an economy ticket – can I use your lounges?
Yes of course, all economy travellers can book into our lounges.
You don’t have to be a VIP or a business executive to use our airport
lounges – everyone is welcome.
Are children allowed access to the lounges?
Many lounges do allow access to children. If the lounge you have
chosen does not permit children you will be informed at the second step
of the booking process.

all drinks, alcohol and snacks within the price. You will also be able
to enjoy a range of facilities including internet, TV and a selection

Why type of alcoholic drinks are provided?

lounge. In general, alcoholic drinks means complimentary wines and
spirits but not champagne.
What type of food is provided?
All lounges have a slightly different food policy but most lounges,
including Servisair, provide snack type food such as crisps, nuts, pretzels,
fruits and pastries. No. 1 lounges do provide hot food plates. Food
