Why do I need to prebook?
Our prices represent substantial savings of up to 60% off the price you pay if you just turn up and pay on the day at the car park. The earlier you book online, the bigger the saving!
What does gate price mean?
This is the daily rate charged by the car park. This can fluctuate and is subject to change.
How do I get my confirmation?
Your booking confirmation is emailed immediately to the email address provided. Please print the emailed confirmation and take it with you when you travel as proof of your booking.
Do you include directions in the confirmation email?
Yes full directions are on the booking confirmation email you receive after booking. In addition on the website click the “more info” link beside your chosen car park to see full directions and a map.
What do I do at the exit barrier if I don't have the debit/credit card I used to book?
Use the manned entry and exit procedure. Take your voucher to the manned exit point to gain exit.
What do I do if my flight is delayed and I go over my booked parking period?
You can pay for any additional parking time on your return. Rates for the car parks do vary depending on time of year so we are unable to supply an accurate cost for extra days.
How do I book disabled parking?
Please click the “more info” link for the car park of your choice to see if the car park offers disabled facilities.
Do you offer further discount for disabled/blue badge holders?
As our prices are already discounted, we offer no further discount on the price quoted.
Can I book more than one car per booking?
Each car will need to be booked separately, as each requires its own booking reference. Many car parks require car registration numbers, again these needs to be booked under their own booking reference.
Is there an extra discount for booking more than one car at a time?
No. Our prices are per vehicle and are already at a discounted rate.
Will I have to hand in my car keys?
You will be required to hand in your car keys at some of the car parks. Please click the "more info" link on your chosen car park for full details.
Can I park my car myself?
Please click the "more info" link on your chosen car park for full details of the parking arrangements.
Are there height restrictions at the car park?

What about high sided or wide vehicles?
Not all car parks can accommodate high-sided or unusually wide vehicles and those that can may charge more than the standard advertised price. Please check with us before booking by emailing us.
How can I cancel or amend my booking?
If you need to cancel or amend a booking follow this link http://secure.holidayextras.co.uk/viewamendcancel/p/viewBooking or call 0871 360 2020. All cancellations and amendments must be made through Holiday Extras and are subject to the conditions below. Please always quote your booking reference number.
Please note that an amendment may result in a change in price, this will be advised before you confirm the amendment and the additional payment will be debited from the card used at the time of booking.
Bookings made at the special "Supersaver", "Non-flexible" and "Advance purchase" prices cannot be amended, and no refund will be given if the booking is cancelled.
Will I incur a cancellation fee?
Where it is possible to cancel a booking and obtain a refund, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £9.50. You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a parking booking in the 24 hours prior to the arrival date/time printed in your booking confirmation, or at any time thereafter. No refund is available for unused part stays.
I was unable to use my parking due to delays, can I have a refund?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on past date bookings as per our terms and conditions.
Can I change the lead name on a parking booking?
It is not necessary to advise us of any name change, as our suppliers only check against the booking reference. They will not ask you for your proof of identity
I have found the same package cheaper with another company. Will you match the price?
We offer a best price guarantee which means that if you find the same product for less within 24 hours of making and paying for your booking then we'll give it to you free* (*subject to the best price guarantee terms and conditions).
Is it possible to have 1 person drop the car off, and another collect it?
Please check the 'more info' link on the car park of your choice. Normally as long as the person collecting the car has a confirmation voucher it should be fine.
